Façade Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications

- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in façade installation
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Prior experience in façade installation or construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone cladding
