Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Aalborg. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This role does not include accommodation, so candidates must be able to arrange their own living arrangements in Aalborg.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our building projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the project.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills as you will be managing a team of contractors and subcontractors. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are also essential for navigating any challenges that may arise during the construction process.
