Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of the land. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Gather data and create accurate maps and measurements
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total station, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport or eligibility for work permit in Bulgaria

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with Indian clients/projects is a plus.

Salary: $1000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
