Job Title: Loader - Shan, Malayalees



We are hiring Loaders for our company in Shan, preferably Malayalee candidates with experience in loading and unloading cargo. As a Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading goods onto trucks or other modes of transportation. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive cargo and verify contents against shipping documents.
- Load and unload goods onto trucks or other modes of transportation.
- Organize and stack products in an orderly manner.
- Ensure that all cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move goods.
- Follow safety procedures while handling heavy equipment and goods.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with valid work permit in Shan.
- Previous experience working as a Loader preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures when operating equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
