Personal Trainer (Female)


As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals. You will conduct one-on-one training sessions, provide guidance and support in proper form and technique, and track progress to ensure results are achieved.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work with diverse clients, including women

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client goals and fitness level
- Create personalized workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique to prevent injury
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed
- Provide nutrition guidance to support fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment
