IT Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's technology infrastructure
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network, and security systems
- Ensure proper functioning of all IT systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or changes to improve efficiency
- Oversee the procurement of new technology equipment and negotiate with vendors for best prices
- Train and supervise IT staff to ensure they are equipped to handle daily tasks effectively
- Conduct regular audits of systems, data backups, and security protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-tech individuals

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for a work visa in Norway.
