As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings in Vejle. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Additionally, you may be involved in project management tasks such as cost estimation, scheduling, and site supervision. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture, strong design skills, proficiency in relevant software programs (such as AutoCAD or Revit), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is also preferred. This is a full-time position based in Vejle with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation is not provided.
