Cashier for Busy Retail Store in Bayan, Philippines

We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer service-focused Cashier to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. As a Cashier, you will handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and professional service to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, and includes accommodation for those who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform daily cash reconciliation
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory levels of cashier supplies and inform management when ordering is needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Filipino language is preferred but not required
- Experience as a cashier or in customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
