Indian Accountant for Contract Position in Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring an experienced Indian Accountant for a contract position in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great opportunity for someone with their own visa looking for an English-speaking job in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records for the company
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and create reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa is required for this position
