Mechanic Technician



We are hiring a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team in Nairobi. As a Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Test vehicle performance and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work done
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, parts, and functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field
- Experience working with diesel engines
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as scanners
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Swahili)

Salary: 1400$ per month
