Junior Florist

As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and arrangement of beautiful floral designs for various occasions. You will work closely with our experienced florists to learn about different types of flowers, their care and handling, and how to create stunning arrangements that meet our clients' needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and looking to start their career in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Help with the design and creation of floral arrangements for weddings, events, and other special occasions
- Learn about different types of flowers, their characteristics, care instructions, and how to properly handle them
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels by ordering new supplies when needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections
- Help with delivering and setting up floral arrangements at event venues as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creating beautiful arrangements
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30lbs)

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working in a flower shop or similar environment preferred

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (Indian nationality preferred)
