Seamstress for Indian Tailoring Company in Malindi

Our Indian tailoring company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to our clients' specifications and measurements. You will use your knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment to produce garments that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Take accurate measurements from clients and record them for future reference
- Cut, sew, and assemble garments according to patterns and measurements
- Alter garments as needed to ensure proper fit and style
- Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy
- Maintain sewing machines and other equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of sewing techniques, fabrics, and equipment
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform alterations as needed
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
