Entry Level Sales Manager

As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in Lahore. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for increasing sales. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Lahore, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, presenting products/services to potential clients, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall performance.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Create detailed reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products/services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (experience in the same industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lahore

Note: This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience in sales management. Training will be provided. This is an urgent job opening so immediate availability is preferred.
