Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan (Contract)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and targets. Your main focus will be on driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train new sales team members on company products/services and selling techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve targets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
