Sales Representative for Kenyan Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients in the Kenyan market. This position requires fluency in Swahili and knowledge of the Kenyan business culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Kenyan market
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Present, promote, and sell products to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections effectively
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance, customer needs, and market trends

Requirements:
- Fluency in Swahili is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Kenyan market
- Knowledge of the Kenyan business culture
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month + commission

Location: Ajman, UAE (must be willing to relocate)
