Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our fast-paced transportation company in Hawalli. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods over long distances
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and cargo information

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver (long haul preferred)
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, drug/alcohol tests, and physical exam
- Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems
- Strong communication skills (basic English proficiency preferred)
- Must be physically fit to handle loading/unloading of cargo
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1700 per month
