Surveyor for Land Development Projects in St-Petersburg

We are a leading land development company in St-Petersburg seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our land development projects, ensuring accurate measurements and data collection for engineering design, construction, and property boundaries.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using advanced surveying instruments and techniques
- Preparing detailed topographic maps, boundary surveys, and other necessary plans
- Analyzing survey data and creating reports for engineering design and construction teams
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate project planning
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development projects
- Proficient in using advanced surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale projects in St-Petersburg or other major cities in Russia
- Knowledge of Russian language for effective communication with local authorities and stakeholders

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St-Petersburg (open to candidates from India or other countries)
