Job Title: Senior Architect



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility of designs
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Review and approve all project designs before submission to clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities
