Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Beer-Sheva. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotions, as well as actively engage in networking events and trade shows to generate new leads.
Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, creating sales reports, negotiating contracts with clients, and managing the hotel's room inventory. You will also be responsible for training and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets.
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position that may require some flexible hours to accommodate client meetings or events. As an English-speaking hotel, proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as Hebrew or Russian would also be beneficial.
Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals who have experience working in the hospitality industry or have knowledge of Kenyan market trends. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
