Hotel Sales Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are a leading hotel in Beer-Sheva and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify potential clients and maintain regular contact to promote the hotel's services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new business leads
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Create detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. We are looking for an Indian candidate who is able to work legally in Israel. This is an urgent role so immediate availability is preferred.
