Seasonal Concierge in Kaunas, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and transportation options
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Monitor guest requests and ensure timely delivery of services
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
