Temporary Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Multan. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a short-term management opportunity, without the need for prior experience or accommodation. As a temporary manager, you will receive a salary of 1300$, and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Oversee financial transactions, such as cash handling and credit card processing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment is not required but is considered an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
