IT Support Specialist
We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining our IT systems. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and networks
- Maintain IT systems including servers, printers, routers, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSA
- Experience working with remote support tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn)

Location:
Herzliya, Israel. Preference for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Salary:
1100$ per month.

Contract Type:
Full-time.
