Senior Architect - Atlanta, USA (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Requirements:
- Indian National preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, with proven track record of successful project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other architectural software
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
