Senior Architect - Atlanta, USA

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, excellent design skills, and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software
- Produce accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage a team of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
