Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and partitions. You will also be required to prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing and leveling them.

Key responsibilities:
- Apply plaster to surfaces using hand tools or spraying equipment
- Smooth and finish plaster to create a level surface
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing and leveling them
- Read blueprints or instructions to determine the type of plaster needed
- Measure and mix ingredients in the correct proportions to create the desired consistency
- Repair and patch damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in plastering

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints or instructions is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
