Office Assistant for International Company in Sofia
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our rapidly growing international company in Sofia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred
