We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop detailed plans for preservation and restoration projects, including cost estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of preservation plans
- Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to preservation standards and guidelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Research historical building materials and techniques for use in preservation projects
- Stay up-to-date on relevant preservation laws, regulations, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture, building materials, and construction techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
