We are in search of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your duties will also include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster materials, and repairing any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Plasterer and possess strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, along with accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa for employment in Vilnius.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any debris or old paint
- Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using hand tools such as trowels or brushes
- Smooth out plaster to create an even surface
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Must have own valid visa for employment in Vilnius
