We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing various types of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will work on both interior and exterior projects, ensuring a smooth and even surface for painting or wallpapering.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings
- Use trowels, floats, brushes, or spray guns to apply the plaster
- Mix plaster ingredients in troughs and spreaders according to formulas
- Smooth out excess material with straight edges or trowels
- Create decorative textures in finish coat by hand or using brushes, trowels, or sandblasting tools
- Install guide wires on exterior surfaces of buildings to indicate thickness of plaster that will be applied
- Clean up job site after completion of work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders and scaffolding
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who do not require English proficiency for this role. Accommodation will not be provided but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This role is also suitable for students looking for part-time work.
