A leading renewable energy company in Las Vegas is seeking skilled Solar Installers to join our growing team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to set specifications and safety standards
- Connect panels to electrical wiring systems
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar installations
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must have own transportation and own tools (if applicable)
- Valid driver's license preferred
