Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from conception to completion
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve design plans and materials
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

The position is based in Faisalabad.
