Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in our firm. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also provide leadership and guidance to a team of architects and designers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from initial design concept to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct quality control checks on all project deliverables
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications prepared by team members
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. In addition to the base salary, we also offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. However, candidates from other cities within Pakistan are also welcome to apply.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Faisalabad if they do not reside there already.
