As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items or specials
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
