Part-Time Handyman in La-Condamine


We are in search of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis in La-Condamine. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and painting walls
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Fix or replace broken furniture and equipment
- Inspect building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) for any issues or malfunctions
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate with management about any major repairs or replacements needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (French would be an advantage)
- Must be legally authorized to work in La-Condamine
