Industrial Architect



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Greenland. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Evaluate potential construction materials and methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
