Industrial Architect



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Greenland. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for industrial facilities.
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is executed properly.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary changes to designs if needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on industrial projects in Greenland or other Arctic regions. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
