Barista - Coffee Specialist
We are a leading coffee shop in Esbjerg specializing in serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of different brewing methods. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required. We are also open to hiring recent graduates who have completed a barista training program or have relevant experience.

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. As our shop is located in Esbjerg, we prefer candidates who are currently residing in the city or willing to relocate. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to follow specific recipes and ensure consistency in every drink served. You should also be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
