Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to support our team in Balzers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a positive attitude
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time employment in the future.
