A reputable construction company in Almada is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with a biometric passport, without experience, and who does not require accommodation. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently maneuver these vehicles to assist with construction projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be physically fit as this job requires long hours of standing and operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy construction equipment according to project needs
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Comply with safety protocols and procedures
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues immediately
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (preferably Portuguese)
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
