As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate machinery to produce parts or products
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of operating various types of machines such as lathes, drills, presses, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
