Senior Architecture Manager



As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Bergen. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans
- Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the project
- Oversee the design process, providing guidance to architects and designers to ensure high-quality work
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues that may arise
- Review and approve all project deliverables before submission to the client
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress, resolve conflicts, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept through completion
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bergen
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, team members etc.

Salary: 1100$ per month (without accommodation)
