IT Manager (Monte-Carlo, Monaco)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing our IT staff, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure the security of our data by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or changes as needed
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, hardware, software, and databases
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month (contract job)
