IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems within the company
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and system reliability
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to current systems
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement within the technology infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Proven ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
