Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Riyadh)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As the head chef of our Indian cuisine restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus for Indian cuisine restaurant
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ensure quality control by inspecting all dishes before they are served to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions for the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new dishes
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
