Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Riyadh)
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Riyadh. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist, maintaining high quality standards, and managing kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and authentic Indian menu items that cater to our diverse clientele
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create seasonal menus and special promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
