Teamlead (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a fast-growing company in Dickirch seeking a driven and experienced Teamlead to join our team. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure high levels of productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Identify training needs and provide necessary support to enhance skills and knowledge within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects
- Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
- Create reports on team performance, challenges, and successes for management review

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team towards achieving goals
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company. Indian nationals are preferred for this position.
