Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in the vibrant city of Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$, making it a great opportunity for foreigners looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the restaurant.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Oversee scheduling of staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular audits of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
