Job Title: Senior Architect - Los Angeles


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. Your expertise in architecture and design will help shape the cityscape of Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Create detailed plans, designs, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and specifications
- Review project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure adherence to project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per week.

This position is based in Los Angeles.

Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required.
