Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects meet all design requirements, are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project success
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, construction materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Los Angeles
